After thinking about what SU needs, I have concluded that staff is the answer. So if you are reading this you are either curious about what I might say on this page, or you are interested in joining yourself. Here is a little menu to help you navigate the staff section (lol).

Toasty's Dream
My dream...let me give you the insight.
           The dream is having a team of eight dedicated staff members including myself. Its hard enough to keep this site updated with two of us. We need more help if SU is to expand. After having 6 new people aboard we need Coranto setup on the main page so each staff member can update whenever they'd like. And as far as updating the actual pages an individual ftp account will be given to each member with their own folder. Everyone will have a template.txt with the html to build their pages and add their content. I will login into all folders nightly and swiftly transfer the pages to the main folder where they will be seen by thousands of fans daily. The site will have a wide diversity of character which will spice up the content. A lot of new stuff will be added often which will make everyone happy. SU.com goes to the top and takes everyone who joined the staff with it. The site not only goes to the top because it is one of the most popular sites, but because fans like what they see and want more. It becomes one of the top resources for DB Z and GT on the web hence the large amount of traffic.




Why Join?

This is an important and fair question...why else would I give it a subsection? A lot of people will say what's in it for me? Here is the answer:

If you want to be a part of something really meaningful to the web. Something that takes principal and beliefs in hand on its way to becoming what you can make it.
Recognition and respect from the community.
Knowing that what you do makes thousands happier.
Something to do that makes a difference.
Becoming a key part of an elite team...a team of fans coming together to contribute skills, knowledge, and hard work into one effort to create the ultimate dragonball resource on the net. 
Do it for the fans, and for yourself.




Requirements

We ask that you have the following before applying to join SU.
-atleast 12 years or older
-a passion for dragonball z or gt
-a need to want to help
-dedication to SU
-a promise to update 





Openings

We currently have 5 positions open at SU.

(2) Good writers with excellent knowledge in Dragonball Z/GT info. Someone who will expand and improve our current information sections, add new information sections, and help us think up original sections to be added to SU relating to any type of content including media. So a brain stormer too.

(1-2) People who have access to many images, videos, sound clips, etc and have the equipment to make original media (video card, video programs, capture cards or anything to make sound clips, movie clips, maybe music videos, images).

(1) Comes up with original ideas, has been on the web for a few years, and has owned some sort of anime site in the past and is looking for a new home. An all around contributor who knows his stuff.

(1) Graphics designer with very very impressive work. Can make graphics when requested such ones to name sections (check top of page under banner) and it very flexible. Must have PSP and Photoshop and can assist me in making new layouts although not much help will be needed.
