These space ships are very useful, although are not held in
capsules. They are used numerous times during Dragonball Z.
It has many nice features and a semi-comfortable interior
when it is in flight. Probably the best feature is the
training mode. Vegeta used this to train at 500x gravity
when preparing for the androids. It comes equipped with
little robots that shoot energy at the trainee.
